Terms of Use

Last updated

Effective date: October 16, 2026.

1 The agreement and our services

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Safa Ventures, LLC, doing business as CraftyAmigo and Crafti ("Crafti," "we," "us"). They govern our websites at craftyamigo.com, crafti.com and their service subdomains, the browser design application, Crafti AI and agent features, FancyRender, the Crafti App and Bridge software, parts libraries, model uploads, Shapeshifter and other configurators, exports, assembly guidance, and retailer cart assistance (the "Service"). A feature may require sign-in, a paid plan, credits, supported software or a supported location.

You accept these Terms through the acceptance process we present. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it; "you" includes that organization and the people it authorizes to use its account. If you do not accept, do not use the Service. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these Terms. Purchase disclosures govern the particular price, allowance, billing interval and offer you accept. They cannot silently expand the content permissions in these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy describes personal information processing and your legal choices. Our Cookie and Storage Notice describes cookies and similar technologies. Acknowledging those notices is not blanket consent to every processing purpose. Where law requires a separate consent, we obtain it before that use.

2 Content and privacy definitions

"Inputs" are material you submit or make accessible for a requested operation, including queries, prompts, instructions, designs, models, images, textures, scripts, documents and reference assets. "Outputs" are responses and results generated for you, including designs, parts, parametric scripts, connection annotations, images, tool results and assembly or purchasing suggestions. Inputs and Outputs together are "Your Content." This definition does not transfer ownership of third-party material.

"Private Content" is content marked private or confidential through the relevant design or conversation controls, content in a restricted invitation context, or content we have separately agreed to keep confidential. A conversation without an attached design has its own privacy status. Missing historical privacy information does not establish training permission. Public accessibility, copying permission and model-improvement permission are distinct choices.

"Uploaded Custom Models" includes the models you upload, their meshes, source geometry, textures, connection data and identifiable derived copies. Conversion, recognition, AI editing, reconstruction, cloning or embedding in another design does not remove that upload ancestry. "Global Library" means our searchable parts catalog for reuse by other users; your personal parts collection is separate.

"General Model Improvement" means using retained examples across users to evaluate, validate, test, develop, train, fine-tune or improve models or model components. It is distinct from processing your request or diagnosing a particular service incident. The permissions, exclusions and any expressly stated treatment of previously eligible examples in section 7 govern General Model Improvement.

3 Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. The Service is not directed to children. A feature may have additional location, business-use or provider eligibility requirements disclosed before use. Do not use a route for which you are ineligible or bypass a provider's restrictions.

Provide accurate account and billing information, protect access credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Use only accounts and connected subscriptions you are authorized to use. Your organization is responsible for assigning appropriate access and explaining its administrator access to its users. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for taking reasonable security precautions; this does not transfer responsibility for our own security failures to you.

4 Permission to use the Service

While you comply with these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the Service and install supported native software for your personal or business projects. We retain rights in our software, branding, interfaces and other Service materials. Open-source components and separately licensed assets remain governed by their own licenses. These platform rights do not restrict commercial use of Your Content where you have the necessary rights.

Do not interfere with security or availability; evade access, trial, payment or usage controls; introduce malicious code; access another person's account or content without authority; harvest personal information; infringe others' rights; or use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or dangerous conduct. Do not reverse engineer protected software except where applicable law permits it. Use automated integrations through supported interfaces and within disclosed limits. Do not strip required license notices or AI provenance markings. Relevant provider restrictions disclosed for a feature also apply to that feature.

5 Your rights and upload responsibilities

You retain your rights in your Inputs. Upload parts, models, images and other material only if you own them or have permission sufficient for the processing and uses you select. Permission to possess or view a file is not necessarily permission to upload, transform, share or train on it. Obtain any necessary employer, client, manufacturer, copyright, trademark, privacy and likeness permissions. Do not provide another person's sensitive information, confidential material or credentials without appropriate authority and safeguards. Use the private controls for material that is not authorized for broader use.

As between you and Crafti, you retain your rights in Your Content and we assign to you any intellectual property rights we hold and can legally assign in Outputs created for you. This includes AI-created designs and parts and FancyRender images. You may use them commercially to the extent your input, component and provider licenses allow. Existing catalog assets, third-party materials, Service software and other users' outputs are not transferred to you. Where a feature has a source-specific restriction, we must disclose it before you choose that feature.

Paying for credits does not itself create copyright, patents, exclusivity or clearance to manufacture a product. Outputs may be similar to other results, contain errors or incorporate material subject to others' rights. Review the result and necessary permissions before publishing, selling or relying on it. We do not promise that every Output qualifies for intellectual property protection or is free of third-party claims. The library and improvement permissions below are licenses; they do not make us the owner of your design or image.

6 Processing content to provide the Service

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, render and make technical adaptations of Your Content as reasonably necessary to provide the features you request, deliver and save results, honor your sharing settings, provide support, maintain security and comply with law. We may engage providers to perform those functions for us under appropriate use limits. This operating license does not independently authorize General Model Improvement, global catalog contribution or advertising use.

Authorized personnel may review content, including a private query or result, where reasonably necessary to resolve a service incident, investigate abuse or security, respond to your support request, or diagnose the quality of that particular operation. We restrict access to the relevant purpose and confidentiality obligations. This does not authorize retaining Private Content as examples in a general evaluation or training corpus. A rating, correction or support attachment retains the privacy and source restrictions of the content it concerns.

AI providers receive the inputs and context needed for the selected operation. Their own processing conditions may apply, especially when you connect your own account. We disclose material provider data-use conditions before routing content. We do not knowingly send Private Content to a route allowing unrelated provider model training without a separate informed permission. A private setting limits disclosure and reuse; it does not mean that no authorized system or support person can process the content.

Your license continues only as needed for these purposes, the retention rules in section 16 and any separately authorized sharing or improvement use. We do not use your private designs, raw conversations or FancyRender images in advertising without your separate permission.

7 Queries results and model improvement

After you accept these Terms and the prominent improvement notice, non-private interactions are eligible for General Model Improvement as a condition of using that context. We may show Non-private as the default for new AI interactions only where the interface clearly explains the training consequence and lets you choose Private before submitting. A conversation without a design must display its own status. An absent setting, restricted invitation, view-only link or missing historical record is not a substitute for that disclosure and choice.

For eligible content and to the extent source rights permit, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, transferable only with a business transfer permitted by section 20, to copy, review, annotate, compare, transform and use queries, prompts, instructions, responses, generated designs, parts and images, permitted tool results, corrections, ratings and associated quality signals to study result quality and evaluate, validate, test, develop, train, fine-tune and improve AI models, model components and systems that Crafti owns or operates for the Service and related Crafti products. This includes models we build ourselves and permitted external models, adapters, classifiers, ranking, routing, safety and other model layers. We may commercialize those models and improvements without payment or attribution to you. A business successor remains bound by the same use restrictions.

Content that is private when collected is excluded from General Model Improvement. If content becomes private before admission to an improvement dataset, it is also excluded. The expressly limited rule below governs eligible examples already admitted before a later privacy change. Uploaded Custom Models and their derived content, uploaded reference images and content depicting or identifying people, credentials and sensitive personal information are always excluded. A non-private design does not enroll confidential messages or restricted attachments. If an Output reveals or reproduces excluded material, it is excluded to that extent. Missing provenance fails eligibility. Removing identifiers, generating a replacement mesh or describing a private design in text does not remove its exclusion.

We may assemble and combine eligible datasets, have authorized people review and label examples, and engage contractors and model providers to develop or improve permitted models and layers on our behalf, under confidentiality and limits on further use. These rights are subject to the source and account-specific provider terms, including restrictions on model testing, training or competition. They do not authorize public release or sale of raw conversations, an unrelated provider's independent general-model training or publicity using your identity. Personal information processing still requires the applicable lawful basis, notices and choices. Necessary inference is governed separately by section 6.

There is no separate general training opt-out for a context you knowingly use as Non-private. You can choose Private for future interactions without buying a plan, and applicable privacy rights remain available. Making content private stops new collection and new dataset admission of previously captured content that has not yet been admitted. An approved improvement dataset contains examples screened for permitted sources and privacy and recorded as included while eligible; a raw diagnostic capture is not by itself an approved dataset. The content license for those already included examples continues for future use of that dataset, including later training runs, subject to applicable deletion, objection, confidentiality and provider obligations. We retain examples only for the disclosed improvement retention period and review verified removal requests, remove identifiable raw examples where required and explain any permitted retention. We may retain and use authorized aggregate measurements and already trained models where law and source obligations permit; this is not permission to reveal private source material.

These rights apply to eligible content submitted after the new agreement and notice. Older designs or captures require a separate informed migration choice. A privacy change does not retroactively authorize an old capture. A separate private personalization agreement is required to train on Private Content; it must limit use to your authorized account and specify retention and access. It does not authorize training shared models or adding private examples to a general evaluation corpus. Feedback, support and anonymization cannot silently expand these rights.

8 Sharing designs and the Global Library

Design sharing follows the access and copying permissions you select. A view permission is not a general reuse permission. Enabling copying gives authorized recipients a non-exclusive license to copy and modify the design for their own personal or commercial projects to the extent component licenses permit. It does not grant them a separate right to publish your source design as a catalog item or use it for model training. A link accessible without authentication can be forwarded; it need not be listed in search to be accessible. Invitations are limited to their granted access.

Sharing a design or export can reveal its custom component geometry and images to recipients. Check that you have rights to that disclosure. Your uploaded model may appear in an authorized shared design without becoming a Global Library contribution. Changing permissions applies the new limits to future access and copying through the Service but does not retrieve copies previously obtained. Authorized recipients may continue using copies they lawfully obtained before the change, within the license granted when obtained and any component restrictions. Future access and copying remain subject to your current permissions.

After you accept these Terms and the contribution notice, independently AI-created parts from a knowingly non-private context may be reviewed and added to the Global Library as part of operating the Service. The feature must disclose that consequence before generation. Choosing a private context prevents automatic contribution of its parts. A part from a private context requires a separate deliberate contribution choice after every source restriction is cleared. A general training permission and a catalog permission remain separate.

For an eligible automatic contribution or a contribution you deliberately confirm, you grant Crafti and recipients a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, copy, modify, incorporate into designs, manufacture from and distribute the contributed part and its necessary eligible scripts and catalog preview, including commercial use. Crafti may operate and maintain the catalog and distribute the part through supported catalog interfaces. This license does not include the underlying conversation, private project or uploaded source assets. Recipients may pass these permitted part and component uses to recipients of their designs or products, subject to the same source restrictions and rights notices. They must preserve supplied rights notices and cannot imply your endorsement. A contribution does not itself grant training permission.

We never place Uploaded Custom Models, or parts derived from them, in the Global Library. This exclusion includes connection recognition, converted files, AI-modified or reconstructed geometry, textures, annotations and cloned copies. Neither this agreement, a general contribution setting nor an administrator action overrides that exclusion. Uploaded source images are not automatically published as catalog thumbnails or textures. Existing catalog items remain under their stated licenses; this clause does not relicense them.

We may reject or remove a contribution for rights, safety or quality reasons. A digital part's presence in the catalog is not a guarantee that it is purchasable, accurate or safe. The license already granted to recipients for authorized copies survives later removal, while removal stops new distribution through our catalog. An infringement or other legal restriction still applies to continued use. Ordinary catalog display is permitted by the contribution; unrelated advertising featuring your design or identity requires separate permission.

9 AI credits and completed work

AI credits are units for purchasing metered computation and tool work in the Service. They are separate from a third-party provider's tokens or subscription allowance. Pricing can depend on the model, inputs, context, reasoning, output, tool steps and retries. We disclose applicable rates or the pricing method before use. Estimates are approximate unless expressly presented as an enforceable spending maximum.

A temporary credit reservation checks affordability and sets aside balance; it is not a completed charge or a guaranteed ceiling. The actual charge may exceed that reservation using available unreserved balance. We honor any express spending maximum you confirm for the relevant action. A maximum for one action does not cover other actions or provider charges unless expressly stated. We do not create a negative credit balance or bill an uncollected settlement remainder as a separate debt under this credit system. A cash purchase requires a purchase authorization, including any enabled auto top-up.

Consumed credits pay for completed billable work, rather than a guaranteed successful or satisfactory final result. They are not refundable merely because you dislike the result, the design is incomplete, an agent cannot finish the larger task, or you stop after billable work occurs. Retrying may consume further credits and provider allowance. Unconsumed reservations are released when the reserved work is not performed. A technical failure may leave earlier completed steps chargeable; a failed step must not be charged as successful work when it was not performed.

We correct duplicate, unauthorized or incorrectly measured charges and provide remedies for our failure to supply the purchased service where required by law. Contact support with the relevant transaction or run details. This policy does not remove statutory refund, withdrawal or service-conformity rights. A credit adjustment and a cash refund are different remedies; an approved cash refund may remove the corresponding unspent credits.

Purchased credit packs and completed automatic top-ups do not expire merely with time or because you cancel Pro. Subscription allowances follow the amount and expiry of the particular monthly or annual plan and billing period you accepted; unused cycle allowances do not roll over unless the offer says they do. Promotional or trial credits follow their disclosed offer; a free grant is not guaranteed to every new account. Credits are not cash, a transferable currency or an investment. Except for corrections, applicable legal remedies, a stated offer or our closure obligations in section 17, purchases of unused credits are final.

10 Subscriptions trials and automatic top up

Paid subscriptions renew for the billing interval and at the price disclosed at checkout until canceled. You separately authorize recurring payments through that checkout. Cancel in the account billing controls before renewal to stop the next subscription charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period and preserves access until then; it does not automatically refund that period. Mandatory remedies and any stated offer remain available. We disclose the timing, proration, allowances and charges for a plan switch before confirmation. We give advance notice of renewal price changes and a chance to cancel before the changed price applies.

The native Bridge trial, when offered, runs for seven days from the first registered installation, including time spent on setup. It does not restart because you sign in with another account or browser or reinstall. Continuing paid access is subject to the disclosed plan requirements. The trial does not supply or guarantee a Claude, Codex or other provider subscription or allowance. We may retain the disclosed installation identifier and eligibility record to administer trials and prevent repeat abuse, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Automatic top-up is optional and requires separate authorization. Before enabling it, we show the balance threshold, refill target, charge calculation, payment method and applicable monthly automatic-purchase cap. When the balance falls below the threshold, the purchase amount restores the current balance toward the authorized target, subject to that cap. Enabling it while below the threshold can charge immediately. A material increase in your authorized spending requires an appropriate new authorization; an estimate or agent instruction does not substitute for it.

Canceling Pro does not disable automatic top-up. Disable it in its own billing controls to prevent new automatic purchase attempts. An already authorized payment in progress may still complete; turning the setting off does not itself reverse that payment. We provide receipts and transaction history and address payment errors through support. Applicable taxes and currency are disclosed at purchase. Payment processors and app stores may apply their own payment procedures and legally required refund routes.

11 The native app and connected AI plans

Using the Crafti App or Bridge requires installation, an authorized Crafti session and, for any authorized subscription-based AI route, a separately authorized provider account and compatible local software. You authorize the disclosed local setup and runtime operations needed for the selected integration. These can include installing or configuring supported command-line tools and reading or making a protected local copy of the authentication material those tools require. This permission is limited to the integration you select; it is not general permission to inspect unrelated files or credentials.

For CLI-based subscription connections, the Crafti App programmatically starts and communicates with locally installed provider software, including Claude Code or the OpenAI Codex CLI. It supplies your requests, relevant design or conversation context, instructions, attachments and tool results, receives model responses or action decisions, and coordinates actions in Crafti. Supported routes may use command execution or the provider tool's app-server interface. This is automated agent use through provider tools with your selected account. Provider inference and Crafti cloud steps can involve remote processing.

A connected subscription remains subject to the provider's current agreement, integration and authentication requirements, account eligibility, usage limits and data settings. Review the terms and documentation applicable to your account and this usage pattern, including OpenAI's terms and Codex authentication guidance, or Anthropic's terms and Claude Code integration guidance, as appropriate. Connect only an account you are authorized to use, only where this integration is permitted, and only if you understand and are comfortable with the described automated use. The availability of a CLI, a successful login, another app's implementation or your acceptance of these Terms does not establish provider permission or endorsement.

Provider terms, documentation, technical access and interpretations can change or be clarified, including whether a particular subscription, authentication route or agent workflow is permitted. Some authentication routes are currently restricted for commercial or hosted services. We enable a subscription route only after verifying the permissions required for our offering, and disclose applicable route-specific limitations before you connect. We are responsible for the permissions and conditions applicable to our offering, and your acknowledgement does not replace any approval we must obtain. We may modify, suspend or discontinue an affected connection and will not knowingly offer a prohibited route. Stop or disconnect a route if it is no longer permitted under the conditions applicable to your use. We cannot guarantee continuing subscription compatibility or a particular provider allowance. These provisions do not exclude our responsibility for our own Service or your mandatory remedies.

Requests through your connected subscription use that provider's allowance and can incur provider charges under your agreement with it. The chosen model, reasoning, attachments, context, tools and retries affect usage. Crafti cloud or tool steps may also use Crafti credits, even when the principal model call uses your subscription. A Crafti payment does not replenish provider allowance, and a provider subscription does not include unlimited Crafti services.

Browser sign-in, native app sign-in and provider sign-in are separate. Signing out in one place may leave the other sessions connected. Use the relevant disconnect, sign-out and local credential controls when you want to end those sessions. Protect the device and review the access and diagnostic-sharing permissions you enable.

12 Agents new parts and design tools

Your request authorizes the relevant generation, editing, analysis and tool steps within the scope shown by the Service. Agent profiles configure models and workflows; they do not acquire independent authority over your account. Review proposed or applied changes. Some operations directly change a scene or part; use the available undo, history and stop controls. Stopping a run does not necessarily reverse changes already applied or completed work already charged.

An AI-created digital part may have no corresponding manufactured or purchasable product. Generated designs, inferred connections from an upload, Shapeshifter configurations, parametric geometry, scripts, measurements and assembly instructions can be incomplete or wrong. Recognition of a connection does not establish that it fits, can be manufactured or is safe. Manual geometry changes may invalidate other configurations or assumptions. Validate the actual geometry and intended components.

Executable part scripts and agent tools can change data or perform computations. Do not submit malicious scripts or authorize operations outside your rights. Approval to edit or render does not authorize changing privacy, contributing content outside section 8, accessing unrelated local files, charging a payment method or placing a retailer order. Those actions need the applicable separate authority or disclosed permission.

13 Parts lists retailers and purchase assistance

Parts lists and retailer cart tools help you identify possible products and prepare a cart with a third-party vendor. Unless a particular checkout expressly identifies Crafti as the seller under separate sale terms, the vendor is the seller and your purchase contract is with that vendor. Crafti does not accept the vendor's order, collect its purchase price as seller or guarantee its fulfillment.

Before purchase, verify the entire parts list against the design you actually intend to build. Check each SKU, variant, material, compatibility, nominal and actual dimensions, units, pack size, quantities, lengths, weights, stock lengths, cuts, kerf and waste, substitutions and items omitted or skipped. A quantity of digital parts may not equal the number of packs, sticks or units needed. Prices, availability, shipping, taxes and catalog information may change or be inaccurate. Images and nominal measurements are not a guarantee of the delivered product.

A prepared, filled or sent cart is not an accepted order or completed purchase. Repeating a fill can duplicate items. Inspect the final vendor cart and its totals and complete checkout yourself under the vendor's terms. A request to prepare a cart does not authorize Crafti or an agent to place an order, accept substitutions or agree to a purchase for you.

The vendor is responsible as seller for payment, order acceptance, shipping, missing or defective products, warranties, returns and refunds under its agreement and applicable law. Direct those purchase requests to the vendor. Crafti is responsible for its own obligations where the law requires and will address errors in its own service through support. These Terms do not eliminate liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If we earn an affiliate or referral benefit, we disclose it where applicable; that does not remove your need to verify the selection.

14 Physical use and safety

The Service is a design and planning aid, not professional engineering advice or a certification of structural integrity, load capacity, fit, electrical or fire safety, code compliance or suitability. A rendering or assembly sequence is not proof that a project can be built or safely used. Independently inspect dimensions, tolerances, connections, materials, fasteners, tools and real products.

Obtain qualified professional review when the project requires it, including structural, load-bearing, electrical, plumbing, medical, child-safety and other safety-critical uses. Follow applicable permits, codes, manufacturer instructions and safe construction practices. Do not rely on an AI result as the sole basis for a safety decision. You are responsible for your construction and use decisions, subject to Crafti's own responsibilities under applicable law.

15 Usage events diagnostics and feedback

We collect and process events to operate and improve the Service, including feature use, unsuccessful part searches, agent outcomes, credit and subscription transactions, and cart-preparation results. A successful cart-preparation event does not prove that the vendor fulfilled an order. Events can be associated with account, installation, design, session or device identifiers; they are not all anonymous.

Depending on the disclosed settings and purpose, diagnostics can include request and response records, model and tool details, replay information, error reports, scene images and attachments. Our Privacy Policy describes the data, recipients, purposes, retention and legal choices. Collection for service operation does not alone authorize General Model Improvement or make Private Content public. General training on content embedded in an event still requires section 7 eligibility.

We may use lawful aggregated operational statistics to improve reliability, usability, catalog coverage and performance. Removing names does not erase content licenses or private/upload exclusions. We do not attempt to reidentify data represented as anonymous. Necessary billing, security and compliance records may be retained independently of optional improvement choices.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use product ideas and suggestions you voluntarily provide to improve the Service without owing compensation. This permission does not enroll a private prompt, design, image, support ticket or its attachments in a training dataset, or expand a source license.

16 Retention deletion and changing choices

You may request deletion of Your Content or your account and exercise privacy rights through the published privacy contact or the available controls without buying a paid plan. Some design-sharing and collaboration features may require a plan; legally required privacy requests and the improvement choices promised here do not. Keep independent copies of work you need.

We remove identifiable deleted content from active service storage, including saved designs, chats and delivery assets, within 30 days of a verified request and from ordinary backups within 90 days, except where a longer period is necessary for law, security, a dispute, an authorized continuing share or another disclosed and lawful purpose. Restricted backup copies are not a source for new model training. We explain any relevant exception in responding to the request. Section 7 separately governs improvement datasets, their removal periods and existing model effects; the active service storage period does not silently extend or replace those rules.

Removing a link, invitation or catalog listing cannot recover downloads, screenshots, forks or physical items others already obtained. We and providers may retain necessary billing, fraud-prevention, trial-eligibility and legal records for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. We do not promise that every effect of authorized past model training can be technically reversed. This limitation does not excuse compliance with applicable deletion, objection, confidentiality or other legal obligations.

17 Service changes suspension and closure

We may update features, supported models, catalogs and integrations. We give reasonable advance notice of a material reduction in a purchased service where practicable, except urgent security, legal or operational changes. If we permanently discontinue a paid service without a reasonably equivalent replacement, we refund the unused prepaid portion of that service and unused purchased credits that can no longer be used. Mandatory remedies also apply.

We may proportionately restrict or suspend access for a material breach, credible security or infringement concerns, nonpayment or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we notify you of the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate restriction may be necessary to protect people, systems or rights. Terminating for our convenience does not forfeit unused paid value. For breach, we settle unused paid balances according to law and reasonably documented losses rather than impose an automatic forfeiture penalty.

You can stop using the Service and cancel recurring payments. Account deletion is separate from disconnecting local provider sessions. On closure, we provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your own stored work where lawful and technically practicable; urgent legal or security restrictions may limit retrieval. Rights in outputs, authorized past contributions, applicable improvement permissions and necessary provisions about payments, confidentiality, disputes and liability survive to the extent their purpose requires.

18 Infringement and content reports

Report suspected infringement or unlawful content to our published legal contact with enough information to identify the material, its location, your rights and how to contact you. Copyright notices and counter-notices should include the statements and information required by applicable law. We may remove or restrict material, notify affected users and provide a lawful counter-notice procedure. We maintain a policy for repeat infringement in appropriate circumstances.

We do not promise to review every model or certify every upload's license. A review or catalog listing does not establish noninfringement. We may reject, quarantine or remove content to protect rights or comply with law. Do not submit false notices or use reporting tools to harass other users. Removal does not authorize further use of material whose rights are disputed.

19 Warranties liability and business claims

Subject to rights and obligations that cannot be excluded by law, the Service and suggestions are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, a particular creative outcome, intellectual property clearance or suitability for a particular construction. To that extent, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. These qualifications do not remove express promises in these Terms or a purchased offer.

To the extent law permits, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or business opportunity. Crafti's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of US$100 and the fees you paid Crafti for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Related claims do not multiply that cap. Vendor purchases and provider subscription fees are not payments to Crafti for this calculation.

These exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or statutory consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Your right to a required refund, billing correction or the closure refund expressly promised here is not reduced by the cap. Each restriction applies only to the extent lawful in your circumstances.

If you use the Service for a business, you will indemnify Crafti against a third party's claim and reasonable resulting costs to the extent caused by your unlawful Inputs, infringement through content you supply, or intentional or materially wrongful misuse of the Service. This does not cover Crafti's own fault, unauthorized reuse or changes, or a claim arising solely from an Output without infringing Inputs or misuse by you. We promptly notify you, allow a reasonable defense, and cooperate at your reasonable expense. No settlement may admit liability or impose a nonmonetary obligation on the other party without its consent. This business indemnity does not impose a separate indemnity on individual consumers.

20 Changes disputes and contact

We give at least 30 days' notice before a materially adverse change to these Terms takes effect, except where law or urgent protection requires a shorter period. We identify the effective date and material change and obtain a new acceptance where required. An expansion of training or sharing permissions is prominently disclosed and is not applied to previously collected content merely by posting a revised page. Section 7 governs any migration of old content. If you decline a material change, you may stop using the affected service and obtain the unused prepaid value for the portion we cannot provide under the terms you accepted, subject to applicable law.

Nevada law governs this agreement except where mandatory law, including applicable consumer protections where you live, requires otherwise. Subject to those protections, courts of competent jurisdiction in Nevada hear disputes. This does not prevent a consumer from using a legally available home forum, regulator or mandatory dispute process. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to participate in proceedings that the law preserves. Contact us first where practicable so we can try to resolve the issue; doing so is not a condition that removes a legal remedy or deadline.

These Terms, the accepted purchase disclosures and any applicable signed agreement form the agreement for the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer this agreement in a genuine business transfer if the successor remains bound by the content and privacy commitments; the transfer does not create new content-use permission. You may transfer a business agreement only with our consent, which we will not unreasonably withhold where obligations and authorized access remain satisfied.
